About Me

My name is Sofia Essen. I'm originally from Scandinavia but I left that part of the world more than twenty years ago. I've lived and worked all over the globe since then, and now I'm based in Europe.

Living my life on the move has taught me to welcome and embrace change. I'm familiar with the hurdles and upheavals that often come along with it. Guiding other people through transitions and helping them define their own vision of success is my job and my passion.

I specialize in working with individuals who want to make positive life changes and maximize their unique potential. I'm their partner on their journey to self-discovery and evolution.

The personal development process is tailor-made to my clients, depending on their current situation, their goals, and their needs. It's my job to take them from where they are today to where they want to be.

My aim is to help my clients fulfill their ambitions and create a life that is right for them, not anyone else. I push them to "get their unique on", which is the most simple and complicated thing anyone will ever do.

My Background

You could say I was born into the personal development business. The man I am proud to call my father, Henrik Essen, is a "nomadic entrepreneur". He has worked with leaders and executives in more than 100 countries and done over 25,000 one-on-one sessions. Yes, that many sessions, but he stopped counting a few years ago. He has also founded and co-founded several companies in Europe and South East Asia.
